What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, country, and the requirement itself — headcount, dates, location, meal preferences, budget indication and any notes or documents you attach.
We also record technical context alongside the enquiry: the page you arrived on, the page you submitted from, the referring site, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your language, an approximate country derived from your connection, and whether you were on a mobile or desktop device. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, which lets us detect abuse without keeping the address itself.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and follow it up. Attribution data is used to understand which channels bring genuine enquiries so we do not waste money on ones that do not. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Legal basis and consent
We collect enquiry data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box before submission. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to pursue the opportunity and to meet any contractual or statutory retention obligation that follows from it. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are reviewed periodically and deleted when they no longer serve a purpose.
Who we share it with
Your data is processed by service providers who operate parts of this website on our behalf — hosting, transactional email, and bot protection. Each acts on our instructions. We do not transfer your data to any other party except where the law requires it.
Documents you upload
Tender documents, BOQs and specifications you attach are stored under randomly generated names that are not published or linked anywhere on this site. They are accessible only to our team.

Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent, and object to how it is being processed. Email Info@goldencooks.com and we will respond.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on our servers, and uploads are checked before they are stored. Access to enquiry records is restricted to the team that needs it.
