Hajj & Umrah Catering
Pilgrim groups, operators and agencies — served from a single Makkah facility.
Feeding pilgrims is a logistics problem before it is a culinary one. Groups arrive on fixed schedules, move between hotels and holy sites, and eat at hours dictated by the rites rather than by a kitchen. We plan production around your programme — not the other way round — and deliver hot meals, packed boxes or full buffet service to your hotel, your camp or your assembly point.
During the 1447 AH Hajj season we catered for pilgrim groups from Nigeria, Ghana, Mali, Uganda and Lebanon. Each expected something different on the plate, and each was served from the same production building in Makkah.

Quality and food safety
Temperature is the whole discipline in pilgrim catering. Meals are produced in segregated zones, held and transported under temperature control, and time-stamped so the gap between production and service is known rather than assumed. Packed meals are labelled and dated. Records are kept for every batch.
QualityLogistics
We deliver to hotels, camps and agreed assembly points across Makkah on a schedule agreed before the season starts. Peak days are planned for in advance, because the day of Arafah does not move to accommodate a kitchen.
FacilitiesQuestions buyers ask
For Hajj, as early in the season as possible — production capacity, procurement and staffing for peak days are all committed months ahead. For Umrah groups, a few weeks is usually workable, and short-notice requests are worth asking about.
No fixed minimum. The practical question is whether the delivery schedule works, which depends on your location and meal times rather than on headcount alone. Send us the programme and we will tell you plainly.
Menus are built per contract, and our kitchen departments cover Arabic and Oriental cuisine alongside international menus. Tell us the group's country and expectations and we will propose a menu you can review before anything is committed.
Yes — to hotels, camps and agreed assembly points, under temperature control, on a schedule fixed with you in advance.
Yes. Tell us the requirement at planning stage so it is built into the menu and the production plan rather than handled as an exception on the day.
Tell us your preferred language when you make contact and we will arrange it. The languages the site itself is published in are listed in the language switcher at the top of any page.

Headcount, dates and location are enough to start. We will come back with a costed proposal.
