Event Catering
Conferences, exhibitions, weddings, government occasions and delegations.
Events are unforgiving because there is no second service. Numbers move until the last week, the venue has its own constraints, and everything has to be ready before the first guest arrives. We plan against the run of the day, build in the margin that number changes require, and set up in the venue's window rather than the one we would prefer.

Quality and food safety
Presentation is part of the specification at an event, and it is checked before service rather than discovered during it. Food safety controls do not relax because the setting is a banquet hall.
QualityLogistics
We set up at the venue within the access window, serve to the run of the day, and clear to the venue's requirements. Our bakery and pastry department supplies hospitality products for the same event rather than sourcing them out.
FacilitiesQuestions buyers ask
The more the better, particularly for large events, but tell us the date when you enquire — short-notice work is sometimes possible and it costs nothing to ask.
Expected. We agree a confirmation point in the plan, after which changes are handled case by case rather than assumed.
We work at venues, hotels and private premises. The venue's access, power and space constraints shape the plan, so share them early.
Buffet set-up and flexible service options are part of the offer. Tell us the format you want and we will confirm what it involves.
Send us your requirement
Headcount, dates and location are enough to start. We will come back with a costed proposal.
