Corporate Catering

Daily employee meals, meetings and business events on a contract you can budget.

Corporate catering service

A corporate meal programme succeeds or fails on consistency. The same quality, at the same time, every working day, for a headcount that shifts week to week. We build menus on a rotation so the same dish does not appear twice in a fortnight, cost them per portion so your budget is predictable, and deliver on a fixed schedule.

How it runs

How a contract runs

The same nine steps, whether it is one delegation dinner or a full Hajj season.

  1. 01

    Requirement

Headcount, dates, location, meal pattern and any dietary or cultural requirements.

  2. 02

    Planning

Production schedule, staffing, procurement and delivery windows mapped to your programme.

  3. 03

    Menu

Menus built for the group, reviewed with you and standardised into recipes and costings.

  4. 04

    Production

Batch production in segregated zones, on schedule and to specification.

  5. 05

    Quality control

Checks through the line, with temperature control and records kept at each stage.

  6. 06

    Packaging

Hot, chilled or packed formats chosen for the distribution plan and holding time.

  7. 07

    Delivery

Temperature-controlled transport to hotels, camps, sites or venues.

  8. 08

    Distribution

On-site service or handover to your team, coordinated with your schedule.

  9. 09

    Feedback

Review against the plan, with corrections carried into the next cycle.

Quality and food safety

Portions are standardised so cost per head is stable and staff get the same meal whoever serves it. Recipes are documented, and temperature and hygiene controls apply to office delivery exactly as they do to a camp.

Quality

Logistics

Scheduled delivery to your office at the times you set. Volumes are adjusted against a headcount you confirm ahead of each cycle, so you are not paying for meals nobody eats.

Facilities

Questions buyers ask

It depends on the delivery pattern more than the number. A daily programme works at a lower headcount than a one-off delivery. Send us the pattern and we will tell you whether it is workable.

Send us your requirement

Headcount, dates and location are enough to start. We will come back with a costed proposal.
